President Bush
July 2, 2008
So I have been watching the political news a lot, it’s all they talk about, and everyone is talking about which nominee they will vote for. I for one will definitely not be voting for John McCain, and will explain why in another entry, but for right now would like to focus on President Bush. I don’t like the man as a President, that is no secret for all who know me. My husband actually told me when Bush won re-election, he was puting me on suicide watch! However, I don’t think that some of the bashing that has been going on of him is entirely fair though-and trust me it pains me to say that. Yet while watching David Letterman the other night, David Letterman made a remark that I could really agree with. He said regarding Pres. Bush “Ya know, Sometimes I think we should get our money back on him, on the other hand I am really going to miss that guy” He was referring to all of the stupid things Bush has done or said during his presidency. So I thought instead of having a bash on Bush post, lets pay tribute to the Pres. that is getting ready to leave office, by posting our favorite quotes from him. Here are some of my favorites
Our enemies are innovative and resourceful, and so are we. They never stop thinking about new ways to harm our country and our people, and neither do we.

Those two quotes are false. He never said those things. The second one bears only a slight resemblance to what he did say.
